Balance, Weights (2 pounds) and Aerobic Class for Seniors
Monday April 14 through June 30, 2025 from 9:00-10:00 (No class April 21st /28th)
Wednesday April 23 through June 25, 2025 from 9:00-10:00
Friday April 25 through June 27, 2025 from 9:00-10:00
10 classes, $71 members / $81 non-members for one class per week, either Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
Cost if you’d like to do two days is $142 members / $162 non-members
Cost for all three days is $213 members / $243 non-members
"Forever Young/ Active Older Adult: A low impact class that offers a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, balance and activities for daily living."
Equipment will be determined as per needs and preferences of participants (ie. use 1-4 lb weights, bands)

Bus Trip - Aspen Landing (Mossleigh)
Join us for a scenic drive to Mossleigh; have your lunch in the stationary train car “restaurant”; visit their garden center and gift shop.
When: Thursday, June 2, 2022
Time: Bus leaves the Heritage Center at 10:00 a.m.
Cost: Lunch at the restaurant

Bus Trip - Military Museum -Cancelled
****Due to the low numbers of members signing up for this Bus Trip, there is not enough to fill the minimum 10 spots on the bus.
Therefore, the Bus Trip has been cancelled.
We will try for another time in the future.
