10 classes, $65 members / $75 non-members for either Wednesday or Friday.
Cost if you’d like to do both days is $130 members / $150 non-members
"Forever Young/ Active Older Adult: A low impact class that offers a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, balance and activities for daily living."
Equipment will be determined as per needs and preferences of participants (ie. use 1-4 lb weights, bands)

****Due to the low numbers of members signing up for this Bus Trip, there is not enough to fill the minimum 10 spots on the bus.
Therefore, the Bus Trip has been cancelled.
