President

Karen has been a member of the Springbank Heritage Club since 2024 and joined the board in 2025.  She is the past communications coordinator and currently supports the Activities Committee, Bylaw Committee and is the Pickleball Activity Lead.

Vice President

Deb joined the Springbank Heritage Club in January 2020 and was asked to join the board in 2023, as Vice President.  Deb currently chairs the Capital Projects Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee.

Treasurer

Chris has been a member of the Springbank Heritage Club since 2023.  He joined the board in 2025 and took over the role of Treasurer in 2026. He is also chairs the Activities Committee.

Secretary

John joined the Springbank Heritage Club in 2024 and became a director in 2025.  John leads the inside maintenance team, manages our IT systems, and is also Board Secretary.  Additionally, he has supported several of our capital projects. When not at the club, John enjoys outdoor activities and playing with his grandkids.

Director

Peter has been a member of the Springbank Heritage Club for over twenty years.  He has served on the board multiple times and has been Board President for several years. He is a long-serving member of the outside maintenance team. Peter is also on the Capital Projects Committee. He enjoys playing pool at the club and has a deep knowledge of the history of the Springbank Heritage Club. Weather permitting, Peter enjoys riding his motorcycle.

Director

Sandra joined the Springbank Heritage Club in 2025 and quickly became the Social Media Coordinator.  In March 2026, she stepped into the role of Director. Sandra is also a member of the Heritage Committee and has taken on planning responsibility for special events, including the 40th Anniversary Celebration and the Annual Christmas Dinner.

In her personal time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, as well as singing and painting. Sandra is passionate about strengthening community engagement, and to preserving and supporting the Springbank Heritage Club for the benefit of both current and future members.

Director

A member for five years, Ron has served as a Director for three years.  He is currently serving the second year of his 2nd term.  Ron leads the outside maintenance committee.  He plays pools at the Club on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Director

Tim joined the Springbank Heritage Club in 2024 to play pickleball and was soon asked to join the board in 2025.  Tim brings decades of project and supply chain management experience. Tim led the washrooms renovation project in 2026. and has recently taken on the role of managing our government grants.

Director

Ed joined the Heritage Club in 2018 and first became a member of the board in 2024, and again in 2026 for a second term. In addition to being the club’s bus driver and responsible for bus maintenance, he has taken on responsibility for looking after the club’s artifacts and other heritage items. Ed also supports club rentals and contributes to snow removal services, when required.

Director

Norman has been a member of the Springbank Heritage Club since 2017, and in 2026 began serving in his second term as a member of the board. An engineer by trade, Norman now enjoys having fun with club friends.

Director

Penny has been a member of the Heritage Club since 2019.  She became a director in 2025 and is the current Board Kitchen Committee Liaison. Penny enjoys playing cards each Tuesday and is always willing to volunteer and help where needed.
